For Shopify brands with traffic and a conversion problem they cannot name

Your top five revenue leaks, without the meeting.

The Revenue Leak Audit is a recorded walkthrough of your store's buying path, delivered in 3 business days. You get the top five leaks we can see, why each one may be creating friction, and what evidence would confirm it. No call, no pitch deck, no retainer conversation.

$497. 3 business days. One operator, your store, on video.

The costly assumption

A free audit is a sales call wearing a deliverable's clothes.

Most free store audits exist to book a meeting. The findings are generic because generic findings are enough to get the meeting. You end up with a list you could have written yourself and a calendar invite you did not want.

We charge $497 because it changes what the thing is. You are buying up to 45 minutes of senior attention on your store and the reasoning behind every finding. Not access to a sales call. We owe you that whether or not it leads anywhere.

What we inspect

The buying path, in the order your customer walks it.

  • Offer and message clarity
  • Landing-page continuity from ad to page
  • Product-page buying certainty
  • Cart and checkout friction
  • Speed and technical drag
  • Analytics integrity

Every one of these is assessed on mobile first, because that is where most of your traffic decides.

We look for nine kinds of revenue leak. Six of them are visible from outside your store, and those are the six above. Traffic quality, testing velocity and post-purchase revenue need access we do not have at this price, so we will not pretend to grade them.

What you get

A recording, a summary, and a recommendation.

The walkthrough. 30 to 45 minutes, screen recorded, going page by page through the path your buyers actually take. You hear the reasoning, not just the verdict.

The summary. The top five leaks in writing, each with what we saw and why it matters.

The recommendation. What to fix first, and an honest read on whether you need us for it.

The boundary

What this is not.

This is a directional review of what is publicly visible. It is not a measured analytics audit, and we do not have access to your data.

Every finding is a hypothesis with a reason attached. We will tell you what looks wrong and why we think so. We will not tell you it is costing you $40,000 a month, because from the outside nobody can know that, and anyone who says otherwise is inventing the number.

If the Audit shows enough leverage, the next step is a Profit Sprint. If it does not, we will say so.

The evidence

Three leaks, three measured outcomes.

Every result below names the change we made, the sample it was measured across, and the window it was measured over. Where we do not have a published result yet, we say that instead of filling the gap.

Offer and message clarity · Primal Queen, women's health supplements

A pricing structure change lifted conversion rate by 20%, measured across 865,909 sessions at 90% confidence.

Largest session sample in our test history. Conversion rate was the primary metric. Revenue per visitor rose 3%, which did not clear the decision threshold on its own.

Landing-page continuity from ad to page · UndrDog, apparel

A landing page restructure generated $175K in projected monthly revenue contribution, measured over 5 days across 73,873 sessions at 90% confidence.

Our longest test window. When the window matters more than the number, this is the one to read.

Projected monthly contribution is extrapolated from the test window. It is not revenue banked, and we will not present it as though it were.

Results are specific to the cited experiments. Not every test wins, and projected contribution depends on the measurement window and store economics.

Six of the nine leaks VASTA inspects do not yet have a published result behind them. Those are described as process, not proof, until a proof pack exists. How we measure

Common questions

Before you buy.

Because a call is a conversation and this is a deliverable. If you want the conversation, see whether you qualify for one instead. This is for people who want the answer without the meeting.

No. That is the constraint that makes 3 days possible, and the reason findings are directional rather than measured.

Then we document what passed inspection, what cannot be determined from public evidence, and which internal data would resolve the rest. Knowing the path is sound, and knowing exactly where the uncertainty sits, is a real outcome.

Yes, and often should. The summary is written so a competent developer can act on it without us.

The deepest work is Shopify and Shopify Plus. Other platforms are welcome when you are considering a move to Shopify, or when your own team handles implementation.
