How VASTA works
Most stores fix whatever is loudest: the slow page, the new app, the test someone read about. We look at the whole buying path first, rank what is leaking by what it costs you, and only then change anything. Then we measure what moved.

The costly assumption
When revenue stalls, every team has a favourite fix. Marketing wants more traffic, design wants a new theme, development wants a speed project. Each might be right. Without looking at where buyers actually drop, nobody knows which one, so the budget goes to whoever argues best.
We start from the other end: where the money stops, and why.
Every engagement is assessed against the same nine leaks, in the same order, so nothing gets skipped because it is unfashionable or hard.
You pay for clicks that never had a reason to buy: strong click-through, weak purchases, ads that promise one thing and land on another.
Visitors arrive and cannot tell in a few seconds why this product, why this brand, and why now.
Campaign traffic lands on the homepage or a generic collection instead of a page built for what the ad said.
People view the product and leave without adding it to cart, because sizing, shipping, reviews or the benefit itself are not clear enough.
People add to cart and abandon, because totals, shipping, trust or the mobile checkout give them a reason to stop.
Pages, apps and scripts slow the store down where it costs most: mobile, product pages, cart.
The team cannot see where buyers drop or what changed, so decisions are made on opinion.
Tests run without a hypothesis or a priority, and nobody writes down what the losers taught.
The first order is treated as the finish line. Repeat purchases, reorders and lifecycle messages are left to chance.
Every one of these is assessed on mobile first, because that is where most of your traffic decides.
Finding leaks is the easy part. Every store has more than one. The work is deciding which one deserves the next dollar.
So each leak we find is ranked by the revenue it is likely costing you, against the evidence we can actually see, not by how quick it is to build. The fixes that come out of that are few on purpose: a small number of changes with a reason attached beats a backlog of forty.
And every change gets measured. If it moved, we show you how much, over what period and on how many sessions. If it did not, we tell you that too.

How we measure is published in full: measurement methodology.
We would rather tell you what a tier cannot see than let you assume it sees everything.
The Audit cannot see traffic quality, testing velocity or post-purchase revenue from the outside. Those need access to your ad account, your team's process and your lifecycle flows. That is the honest reason a Sprint sees more.
The diagnosis decides what to fix. These are the teams that fix it.
Offer clarity, landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout, and the testing programme: leaks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8
Builds the diagnosis calls for, and the platform question when the constraint really is the platform
Speed and technical drag, leak 6, measured on the pages that earn money
Organic traffic that arrives with buying intent, leak 1
Analytics integrity, leak 7, and how every result we publish is measured
Post-purchase and lifecycle revenue, leak 9, is handled inside the Sprint rather than as a separate service.
The evidence
Every result below names the change we made, the sample it was measured across, and the window it was measured over. Where we do not have a published result yet, we say that instead of filling the gap.
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Conversion rate | +20% |
| Revenue per visitor | +3% |
| Window | 8 days |
| Sessions | 865,909 |
| Confidence | 90% |
Largest session sample in our test history. Conversion rate was the primary metric. Revenue per visitor rose 3%, which did not clear the decision threshold on its own.
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Projected monthly contribution | $175K |
| Window | 5 days |
| Sessions | 73,873 |
| Confidence | 90% |
Projected from a 5-day window. Short-window directional projection, not yet validated across a complete trading cycle.
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Projected monthly contribution | $71K |
| Window | 30 days |
| Sessions | 71,833 |
| Confidence | 90% |
Our longest test window. When the window matters more than the number, this is the one to read.
Projected monthly contribution is extrapolated from the test window. It is not revenue banked, and we will not present it as though it were.
Results are specific to the cited experiments. Not every test wins, and projected contribution depends on the measurement window and store economics.
Six of the nine leaks VASTA inspects do not yet have a published result behind them. Those are described as process, not proof, until a proof pack exists. How we measure
Tell us about your store. If there is enough signal to act on, we will show you where to start. If there is not, you will know that before buying anything.
